Here you find list of all users in PBX and informations about them.

Preview of List of users

Settings → Users → List of users

1 - searching users
2 - displays deactivated users
3 - create a new user
4 - export users
5 - import users
6 - detail or editing of user (will be displayed same form as in creating a new user)
7 - displays role of user
8 - displays profile of user
9 - displays user's groups
10 - clone user (same as creating a new user - fields will be filled by values from cloned record)
11 - deactivate user (you can reactivate deactivated user by setting him role and profile)
12 - delete user

Searching by filter

In filter you can search users by values in items. Current filtering you can also save as scheme (click to Save as at the top of window, fill Title and click to Create) and in next searching you just select the scheme and search users. If you can edit scheme, select it, make changes and click to Save. If you can delele scheme, select it and click to Delete.

Create a new user

Click on Add new to start creating a new user. Fill items as shown on next image and click to Save.

1 - user name
2 - login name (later change of login name is not allowed)
3 - select user role
4 - select user profile
5 - user email
6 - user password
7 - user signature (will be used at end of email for example)
8 - you can fill number which will represent the operator
9 - choose if operator will be logged statically into pbx (if yes you must add line or group of lines to the operator - numbers 11 and 12 on the picture)
10 - choose if user's calls will been recorded
11 - choose number of group (mandatory only if operator has more lines)
12 - choose operator lines (if you select Dynamic operator can choose lines by himself)
13 - you can select ringing time for every operator's line

Export users

You can export users diplayed by current filtering to XLSX or CSV file. You can choose order of items in file. Also you can save the order as scheme (click to Save as at the top of window, fill Title and click to Create) and in next export you just select the scheme and export tickets to file. If you can edit scheme, select it, make changes and click to Save. If you can delele scheme, select it and click to Delete.

If you do not choose order of items, all items will be exported except items in dropdown menu. Else will be exported only items which have a order number.

1 - create scheme by current order of items (fill title and click to Create)
2 - also ticket ID will be exported
3 - separator for custom items with multiple values (max. 3 characters)
4 - you can export more informations about item - items must have order number
5 - cancel changes in export window
6 - export users

Import users

You can import users from external XLSX or CSV file. If you have already created any scheme choose it from rolling menu next to button Import (after first step continue to fourth step).

First step:
Download template, fill it and upload it. You can choose created scheme. If you want save this import as scheme you can do it at end of import operation.

Second step:
Meaning of fields in the second step is shown on next image.

1 - if you did not use our template you maybe want to import also first line
2 - check if records from file do not already exist in PBX (if you select No, numbers 3, 4 and 5 disappear)
3 - field in PBX form in which will be searched duplicity
4 - field in file which will be compared with field in PBX form
5 - if record from file will be found in PBX you can import it or skip it
6 - you can select separator by which will be separated values in file for multi value field in PBX


Third step:

In third step check if fields in PBX are paired correctly with fields in file (eventually you can move them) and you can define what happens when duplicity was found.

1 - columns of PBX form
2 - what happens with field when when duplicity was found (this will be displayed if you allowed Duplicity check and did not allow When found skip in previous step)
3 - whether file will be selected from database according to title or unique name (title - select first founded item with this title from database, unique name - select item with this unique name - you must have that unique name)
4 - order of file columns in PBX form
5 - columns of file

Fourth step:

In last step check if title of first few records are correct. You can save this import as scheme or update some scheme by current setting of import.
