Follow these steps to find the keys you need to set up co-browsing in Daktela. Once you have found your 3 keys, send them to Daktela Support. They will authenticate your Twilio account for use with Daktela.



 Account SID

  1. Sign in to https://www.twilio.com.
  2. In the sidebar, go to Programmable Video (if you are signed in, simply click the link). The Overview page will open.
  3. In the top right corner, click Show API Credentials. Your credentials will appear.
  4. Copy your Account SID and send it to Daktela Support.



 App SID and APP Secret

App SID and APP Secret

  1. Sign in to https://www.twilio.com.
  2. In the sidebar, go to Programmable Video → Tools → API Keys (if you are signed in, simply click the link).
  3. Create a new API Key using the + button.
  4. Enter a Key name.
  5. Select Standard key type.
  6. Click Create API Key.

  7. Your API Key details will appear. Copy SID and Secret and send them to Daktela Support.

    Important note

    The secret is only shown ONCE. Make note of it and store it in a safe, secure location.

  8. Check the checkbox before Got it! I have saved my API Key Sid and Secret in a safe place to use in my application.

  9. Click Done.
